The Plague Core
A Healer Dungeon-Core LitRPG
Sister Aera Voss agreed to become a Plague Core. She did not know she was being farmed. Three hundred and eleven days bound under the salt circle of the Threadlight Almshouse, Aera has built something the Cordant Order never sanctioned: a free clinic for the refugees who can't afford the temple tithe. Adventurers don't fight her dungeon's diseases — they bring sick villagers down the salt-circle stair and walk back out cured. Then a sealed clay vial drops through the salt-circle gap. The seal is the Order's. The plague inside is one Aera has never catalogued. Across twenty-five chapters, three Cordant Inquisitions, one Disjunct event, and four recovered fragments of a memory the Order made her forget at binding, Aera identifies the cultivator who has been feeding her engineered diseases — and learns that her release would mean the waking of a goddess of pestilence the Order has been buying time against for six hundred years.
